Men's Circle

Men's self-development club ♂️

What?

Men doing self-development.

We have weekly men's circles, facilitator training, socials, retreats, and an online community network.

We’re a non-profit, making men's work mainstream.

Why?

To challenge yourself to improve as a man.

To build mental resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.

To find mutual support, camaraderie, and learn from a diverse community. To connect deeper with your health, purpose, and meaning with like-minded men.

To open up without judgment, in a confidential space, to work through life’s challenges with other men.

How?

We have circles once a week, for 90 minutes, on Zoom, hosted by a professional facilitator.

Most of the time is given for each man to have a turn to speak. You might talk about a particular challenge or something else that is real for you. Then the other men can offer you feedback. It's all about practicing self-awareness, receiving feedback, and taking active responsibility.

What men say:

...I’ve been part of the Men’s Circle for over 18 months now. It provides a sense of community and comradeship where healthy, meaningful conversation takes place, where you can hold space for other men, and allow yourself to be seen authentically and vulnerably by a group of other men.... it has provided me with a deepening sense of self-appreciate, confidence and peace. In addition, I find I’m much better able to express myself in everyday life; in embracing difficult but necessary conversations, expressing myself, my needs and opinions more honestly, and showing up more authentically. The Men’s Circle has been an important part of an existing spiritual and personal practice and passion for personal-growth – sometimes challenging, sometimes frustrating, sometimes funny, always beneficial."

...I've been taught that its not okay to just ''man up and deal with it'' and instead talk with a community of men all ready to listen...For this I have tackled loneliness in London and found a good tribe of men to call friends and brothers. Something I didn't have growing up is something I'll now have, hopefully, for the rest of my life."

...The circle has provided me with a forum to learn, grow, and reflect on who I am as a Man. Most importantly, it has helped to re-prioritize my life's purpose for the betterment of both Men and Women."
